I never got around to buying this because I have the new songs it added. I'm kind of interested in the DVD, though. I know it has a couple of videos. What else? I thnk there's a documentary - how long is it?

I would say no.

I personally think it's cool she re-released the album and all, but I bought it the first time, and there is just no way anyone could get me to buy a CD twice.

I feel kind of bad saying that, but it's also rediculous to buy the same CD twice unless you're a collector, which I so am not.

Re: Is the Mimi Re-Release Worth Buying?

I did buy 3 copies of the rerelease(1 japanese version, 2 australian versions)

if you want to get the best, then the japanese version is the best as it includes sprung, secretlove, the DFAU video & interview, so click here!

I'd get the Japanese re-release

It has an extra music video from the U.S. version, the documentary, the 4 new U.S. tracks, and then "Secret Love" and "Sprung."

Re: Is the Mimi Re-Release Worth Buying?

I bought the Japanese version. Though it took me long enough to find it.
I generally don't like rereleases so I'd say no if the DVDs the only thing you're interested in.

5 ways to make Sober more 'commercial'
5 Make it "Soberlicious"
4 Change the chorus to "This is why I'm sober, this is why I'm sober, this is why, this is why, this is why I'm sober,"
3 I'm sober, ober, ober, oh, oh oh, three months and I'm still sober, ober ober, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh,"
2 "Hey hey you you, listen to why I'm sober, No way no way, three months and I'm still sober, hey hey you you, I could be so sober, no way, no way,"
1 "Since I've been sober, I'm still breathing for the first time, I'm so picking weeds, yeah yeah, thanks to you, now I am, keeping flowers, since I've been sober,"
"It's the end of something and the beginning of a new era, a fresh start. My December album is like a movie about me, it's my story.”
“Because I think that's the most upsetting thing — I call it vanilla music. It's like wallpaper. It's like, anybody could sing it and you're not special because you haven't even experienced it and you're not selling it. I cannot stand that. It actually makes me sick.”
"Each song was picked carefully. I learned we should do what makes us happy and tell our stories without worrying about being #1 all the time and selling millions of albums. I just want to be me, but it's really hard to do that when everybody's breathing down your neck trying to make you somebody else."
