Not really on a show like Apprentice. You are looking at it from a Housewives perspective when its not that show. The drama easily comes from the tasks (which automatically set a direction and goal for each episode), people being out of their depth with those tasks and people not agreeing with the creative or crumbling under pressure. If you have a villain making drama, you have a villain making drama but you don't need it on a show like this.
The format naturally creates a lot of tension and clashes.
