Yes. I just get this vibe that it was so easy to create, it seems as though the songs flow effortlessly from them. Nothing seems forced, or like "Oh let's do a song like this." It just has this warm feeling of authenticity to it.

I agree. A year or two ago and people would've laughed had someone suggested Mariah work with Babyface, now most would welcome it and I, myself would agree.

I know some don't like Ariana Grande, but Babyface did some nice work on her album as well (he co-wrote and co-produced my two favorite tracks, "Honeymoon Avenue" and "Tattooed Heart" as well as the Mariah-like "Baby I," among others).

I don't think Babyface gets enough credit for his diversity as a producer. He definitely had a signature sound when he was huge in that 1993-1997 period, but he was doing new jack swing records for Bobby Brown and The Whispers in the late 80s, and I've always found En Vogue's futuristic "Whatever" (which Babyface was behind) to be an underrated futuristic R&B jam. I have always wished he and Mariah did more work together.

I wold welcome Mariah working with legendary R&B producers anytime...;and much like JJ&TL, Babyface is a legendary R&B producer IMO. He produced a massive amount of hits back in the day for anyone from Karyn White, to Pebbles, to Bobby Brown to Whitney to Johnny Gill, Etc.....The list goes on and on!

Ditto.  I think they could do quality work together for sure.

Target exclusives I believe, just like 'Feet to the Fire' and 'Love Me Til I Die' on "Talk A Good Game".

Ah. Wiki didn't say, it just said "deluxe version" and I was pressed because I specifically checked iTunes for a "deluxe" before I bought it at flopped a$s K-Mart (That's all we have in the Hamptons -__-)

Well, it didn't happen pre-internet because no one really had deluxe versions and store exclusives and all this mess because they didn't have to try so hard to get people to buy albums But yes, it would've been a tad annoying.

That's true, although I suppose we dealt with it in our own way with the singles -- tracking down the b-sides, remixes and random one offs on compilations. That was kinda fun actually, but for an album? Just give me all the damn songs!

True, and those pesky soundtrack songs. I remember finding a whole albums worth of Destiny's Child songs I hadn't heard once sharing mp3s became a thing on the interwebz.

I love that En Vogue song one of my favorites, the bridge was beautiful. He also produced one of vadge's best songs. Def underrated this day in age.

^Yes! I especially love the "Maybe I'm too in love" part. That is a classic joint that, really, still sounds fresh. It wouldn't sound out of place on Beyonce's latest album.

The whole album is outstanding, but I'm sooo obsessed with "Roller Coaster" in particular. My God what a stunning song... Second only to YM it's the ballad I'm loving the most currently. It's got a great melody, bridge and I love Babyface's little outro. I want this to be a single and another UAC smash for them.
