Definitely not over Mariah! Even if she stops making music I don't think "over her" would be the right way for me to put it. She's too important in my life. If anything she'll just be like a friend I haven't talked to anyone- despite the separation and lack of communication that person still holds an important place in your heart no matter what. She means a lot! I understand everyone's frustrations though. I'm glad I have studies and work and other things to occupy my life though. Too many other important things to think about so at the end of the day her album release isn't soo important although I also can't wait for it

^Yeah exactly, do I live and breathe her like I did 10 years ago? No. But I'm not 'over' her and still maintain anyone posting here regularly who says otherwise are kidding themselves

Ok you win. Maybe i'll change it to: "I'm mad at her and annoyed by her "i don't give a *!%%" kind of attitude she's been having lately (even before the injury). There, is that better smiley: laugh

That's how I feel. Obviously I am not ,and will not ever be, "over her", but I am supremely annoyed with her.

Update: I was over Mariah until I saw that she's working with several producers at one time. I think it's a genius idea to combine producers to create one sound. Beyonce did that with "I Been On" (and I think maybe "Bow Down") and while people may hate on the songs, the productions were INSANE!

I've always said JD should be a vocal producer for Mariah and it looks like he'll be getting his royalty check this album.

^ My take on that studio session, especially given the fact she tweeted a picture with just Hit Boy talking about mixing a potential single and Hit Boy then tweeting HBMCJF indicating a HitBoy, Mariah and James Fauntleroy collabo, was that she had all of the producers there so they could finish the mixing of their particular songs with her in one or two sessions so as to save time. Not that she was working with them all on a particular song. Could be wrong though.

Didn't Hit Boy say that it was a record he produced with Mike Will Made It, co written by James F.?  That's a lot of collabo in itself.  Also, she said "potential single" with all 4 of them which is kind of telling (hopefully).

^ I never saw Hit-Boy say it was a record produced by him and Mike Will Made It. JD, Darkchild, Hit-Boy and Mariah had just been tweeting basically saying that they were all in the studio together, with Mariah saying finishing touches to her album with all the cast.

Mariah then tweeted the picture with just Hit Boy and saying "the most incredible mix of a potential single by artists who live for music." And it was only Hit Boy who retweeted that and later said he was listening to the Mariah song and mentioned only himself, MC and Fauntleroy in the tweet.

Ok, now I'm just confused.  Until we get confirmation, I'm going to stick to my delusion. smiley: roll

Now now, come on guys. Britney had a good run at it. When did ITZ come out? 2003? So that would be RIP 1999-2003?

4 years.

Hey, that's about as many notes as there are in her vocal range.
