Love this song and it fits the bill. "I Could Fall In Love" is cute too.

Funny sidenote -- my brother brought over a recording he made of his 8 y/o daughter singing this "totally amazing song that she made up on the fly" to me once... but it was just her singing this song LOL. I guess it either seeped into her subconcious, or she was just a big ole liar tongue.gif
LOVE Selena whether she is singing in Spanish or English.

Yass! Have this and "Candy" on my Ipod and phone. This however was my favorite Billie song (her other #1 in the UK)

I don't really find this 'cheesy', but had to give props to my fellow Canadian queen who made a song that was 'so 90's'. smiley: laugh

Some of the lyrics are a little 'wtf?' but was MASSIVE back in 1991 and I love the whole feel it.

Always liked this one.  Makes me think of this one:

Brings me back, my sister and I used to listen to the exact same music and I can remember us singing this back at the TV in the living room when we were kids LOL.  We were some seriously messed up kids I guess lol

^^ Also, I've never heard Jane Child "Fall In Love" but I like it! Adding more music to my 1990s playlist makes me a happy guy lol.

Also, David -- this is the most winning thread of all-time lol. Ugggh, it just makes me so nostalgic. It just makes me want a time machine to go back to my simple little 1990s life when I was blissfully unaware of everything negative in the world and riding a wave of eternal optimism. Well, at least before high school lol.  On the other hand, this kind of music in this period of time was a big part of what I had to distract me from that misery.

Billie also did a cover of Changing Faces' "G.H.E.T.T.O.U.T" too -- a song which is in its own right is an excellent piece of 1990s R&B... which I will NOT be including in this thread because I can't handle for it be thought of as cheesy lol

Nope, I don't think so! The chorus sounds vaguely familiar, but I think I'm just hearing a different song. Not sure how I missed it, I love that style of late 80s/early 1990s songs.

ALL of those! "Love Will Lead You Back" is one of my favorites.
