It was decent for like the first 20 minutes. After that, facts and time line went out the window. This reminds me of VH1's History of Mariah Carey special. Nothing new.

TEOM sold 40 million copies? What?

My favorite line from the show: "She simply has more talent than anybody..." - L.A. Reid on Mariah Carey

Don't think anyone could've said it any better...and nothing else really needs to be said.

smiley: laugh I know!  I hate how they used the first 50 minutes for the first 11 years, and 10 minutes for the last 9 years.

They also said that a month after Unplugged came out, Mariah and Tommy got married.  And that Rainbow was Mariah's last contractual album with Sony and she just parted ways with them and signed with Virgin.

I was a bit confused when at the 30 minute mark, they were only up to Emotions era.  I had to recheck the info button to make sure it still said it was an hour episode.  At least they brought up Charmbracelet.  Shocking.  But they didn't even show or mention Merry Christmas.

Someone please upload it to youtube and post it here.

It's a bio of course it's gonna be old news and old interviews but it's still a new take on her bio which is always nice. Not everyone knows everything about her so this isn't really for us.

when was this recorded?
It's a shame the album wasn't mentioned.

I'm starting to get flashbacks to the E=MC2 era.  Only this time the pregnancy is overshadowing the album.
oh well... Mariah is happy personally and that's what counts
