What exactly is censored in 'WooHoo'?
I'm turned off by her arrogance.  Yuck!
And that heart on her coochie was digusting.  Classy, Xtina, classy!

I wonder how much this performance is going to help her album sales this week? By the way, does she still plan on going on tour for this album?

Lipped or not, Christina did a great job. It was definitely the best performance this era and was wayy better than Oprah. I would say that Christina and Tom Cruise / Jlo were the two best moments of the show.
Why is Jennifer singing Get Right?  That's ancient!

That's what I thought, but I don't even remember it being very big.  If she was reaching back in time, she might as well have performed some of her more iconic songs, like Waiting for Tonight, Love Don't Cost a Thing, or even Jenny from the Block.

I can't wait to see the video for 'Woohoo'. I wonder what the concept will be beyond the 'obvious'?

I'm starting to like the song Bionic.

She should have dropped NMT and Woohoo. Makes no sense to make that performance into a medley. And why is she doing a video for Woohoo? That song was a nonstarter. Prima Donna won the poll on her official site as next single.

^LOL @ them resorting to asking the fans on her website what song should be the next single. They must really be struggling to find a decent song to release.

I didn't like her performance at all... whoever said it was sexy they probably meant disgusting.
She's a clown and her own circus and nothing more.

I don't know why I bothered watching that, it made me sick. Honestly though, everybody that performed from what I saw were horrible. J. Lo was ridiculous, but I assume it was supposed to be a joke, right? I find it funny that the news is covering J Lo and Sandra, not Christina. Deja vu.

Even though I wish she sang more of "Woohoo" (like the choreography by the way), it still was a pretty entertaining and satisfying performance for me. I'm glad the audience reacted to it well.

I don't care about her lipping unless the song is a ballad.

^I do. For someone as pretentious and up herself and high and mighty about that kind of thing it makes a hypocrit. As well as a fugly clown.

She deserves to have sticks and used condoms thrown at her. But she'd probably like it.

Yes, I'm in a bad mood and this was the first thread that I opened.

Hardly. No one's talking about it (even though she tried the "controversial" trick) and her songs haven't even re-entered the top 100 on iTunes.  #FLOP

"The VMAs were so . . . so vanilla,” she says. “So safe, so predictable, no edge. Apart from Madonna, Mary J. Blige and myself, I cannot think of another female performer who had her mic switched on. That is very disappointing to me. I agreed to do it in the first place only because Madonna had told me that it was mandatory to sing live.”

Something palpable happens to Aguilera when she talks about Spears. She loses eye contact, focuses on her cuticles and grows visibly uncomfortable, as if wary of saying too much. But her dissatisfaction clearly needs a voice, and she duly gives it one. She suggests that although Spears sang live during rehearsals, when the show went on the air, she was lip-syncing.

“Who knows what happened, exactly,” Aguilera says, sighing. “She was supposed to, but somewhere along the line. . . . I don’t know. Maybe some money changed hands under the table? . . . ” She trails off awkwardly, then changes tack. “I’d much rather just wash my hands of the whole nonsense, actually. These people aren’t artists, they’re just performers — fake and superficial, like the entire event. I’m very disappointed with MTV. Just look at the way they handled the kiss.”

I don't get what you all are trying to prove.

Yeah, I'm sure you all (me included) have better lives and careers than Christina does. Anyway, go and keep on having your daily one minute of joy by making tired/retarded jokes about her (and about me too, if you think it will make you feel better), lol.

I find my life very fulfilling.  Christina is not a better person than me because she's a celebrity.

That quote if from a Blender article from eight years ago.  Around that time she was throwing shade at other artists for lipsynching.  The whole article is a mess.  Here is a link.
