Baby Bumps don't usually appear till around the 16th week of pregnancy - And that's assuming that all women are the same.
Some women never get the supposed "bumps", some women get it much later in their pregnancy, and not all bumps are noticeable. It really depends on the growth and development of the foetus.

Bottomline, baby "Bumps" are not a definitive diagnostic tool to determine one's pregnancy (you need bloodtests, scans etc...)
