Christina gets a lot of credit here in Europe as well. Especially since she takes time between albums. The media doesn't seem to get tired of her (yet), like they did slash Britney when she made album after album. Also, Christina gets a lot of credit for releasing totally different albums up till now: pop (Christina Aguilera), latin (Spanish album), R&B (Stripped), Christmas, Retro (Back to Bassics). The media here give her credit for taking risks and building a carreer rather than going the easy way by releasing the same kind of albums year after year. She may not have sold as many albums as Britney for instance, but that's not what the media think is relevant. (I don't know how the media in the US write about Christina, but reading stuff on internet I get the feeling they think along the same lines).

You really life in a fantasy world.
I too live in Holland, and no one cares about her, basically no one even knows who she is anymore.
I really don't get where you get all  these weird ideas from:S

We obviously read different newspapers and magazines.
(By the way, I am not into the gay scene.)

And so I stand here and testify
To small and great alike
So the more you curse me
The more you're blessing me
The Word said it
Love your enemies

Do good to those who curse you
Pray for those who mistreat you
