I was just saying that although the part in "Obsessed" sounds similar to the part in "I Like It" it isn't a carbon copy, and maybe that's why it wasn't credited.  Same for "Rude Boy", it sounds similar, but it's not a carbon copy.  I don't know, I'm not an expert on copyright infringement.  Anyway, it would be stupid if people think they can get away with sampling something and not crediting it in this day and age (especially if the person they are sampling is still alive).
  

It is not a carbon copy, no, but I think it is CLEARLY obvious that it was derived from "I Like It." It's used on "Rude Boy" in the same manner that Beyoncé's "That's How You Like It" used it, and she credited it as a sample, so I don't see why it shouldn't be the case on RB.
