Of course that is true. But every year there are countless popular albums that don't get Grammy love. All I am saying is the fact that TEOM
was in tune with traditional R&B music played to Grammy voters advantage.
Most other R&B albums that are big with Grammy voters are similar, like Outkast, Lauryn Hill and Alicia Keys. They have old skool sounds with a
contemporary twist.
