^Yep - great idea. Since we won't be getting any new material before xmas she may as well capitalise on the holiday season. She's out doing the rounds at xmas anyway and is always booked so it would be very easy to promote.
Honestly, Spring was a crap time to release a GH back in 2015 and it was just ludicrous timing. By the time the boom period for it rolled around, supermarkets had withdrawn it from their Christmas CD stock which is a crucial element now specialist music outlets are all but dead and you're left with shifting music through Walmart, Tesco, etc who will only stock music in limited windows which are led by mainstream marketing campaigns.
#1 To Infinity could easily have been a "go to" lazy music gift for mainstream music consumers if it had been on shelves over Christmas.
